Oddly, while I love typography, I generally don’t like text in graffiti. On the other hand I’m a sucker for other good graffiti art, and Smashing Magazine put together a brilliant collection.

Not only is this a collection of invaluable resources and tutorials, I love the way that it was laid out. The blog article is set up in the structure of a website, so it’s divided into tutorials and articles on header, navigation, design and footer.

Useful for both the beginner and the CSS expert. Starts off with some very simple techniques, but by the time you reach the end of the article it’s outlining some really complex techniques but in a clear and time saving way.

I’m sure it’s something every web designer has experienced. As you style a site, you tweak the site code to help out your aesthetics. By the end of the task, you’ve got a good looking site with really messy markup. Not easy to clean up, but it’s well worth doing so.
