		<description>@James - Think it&#039;s still all a learning process. I&#039;ve been lucky enough to get some big traffic spikes, but the growth of &quot;higher value&quot; traffic is still an issue I&#039;m working on.

I&#039;m ultimately confident that strong regular content will lead to long term success, but very interested in the methods that traffic development.

@Mark - glad to hear it. Very appreciative of the articles and comments on your blog, it&#039;s always worth a visit.</description>

On a side note, guest posts typically generate a slow trickle of traffic depending on the blog you choose to appear on. It will rarely bring a traffic spike. But the traffic is likely to be of a far higher quality.
